We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with solid experience in React.js to join our distributed engineering team. You will take ownership of front-end architecture and implementation, collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build performant, scalable, and visually engaging web applications.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring other developers, and is passionate about building high-impact digital products with exceptional user experiences.
Lead the development and maintenance of front-end features and UI components using React.js.
Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI issues.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers within the front-end team.
Follow Agile methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Document components, functionality, and style guidelines as needed.
Must-Have:
6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ using React.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
Familiarity with component libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Version control experience with Git.
Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in English (written and spoken).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience with Angular will be valued.
Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, or web performance optimization.
Familiarity with Figma or design handoff tools.
