- Grow channels efficiently by designing experiences that optimize channel mix and expand product and partner depth, including partnership and debt consolidation experiences.
- Connect the dots across consumer needs, market shifts, and emerging technologies to define experiences that don't yet exist.
- Engage and Convert Consumers • Design, test, and optimize experiences that compel users to interact, learn, and pursue membership.
- Lead and Elevate Design • Set the design quality bar across acquisition and new product experiences
