- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating internal contributors and ensuring timely submissions.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content to streamline future submissions.
- Track contract deliverables and maintain compliance with government contracts and grants.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, public policy, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in grants management, compliance, or government contract management.
- Demonstrated success securing public funding at city, state, or federal levels.
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing clear and compelling proposals.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple proposal timelines.
- Draft and finalize compelling proposal narratives and required documentation.
