Marketplace Compliance Manager - 12-month FTC
This role is responsible for ensuring ASOS’ flexible fulfilment, payments, and co-branded credit card activities operate in line with regulatory, card scheme, and partner requirements, with a focus on financial crime risk management, appointed representative (AR) oversight, and embedding a robust, scalable compliance framework across the business.

Lead the execution and enhancement of a global internal controls and testing program within the Compliance function, ensuring regulatory integrity and operational resilience.
You will be responsible for detecting and investigating trading activity in derivatives markets to identify potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC Regulations.

The Manager, Banking Compliance and Analysis oversees Illumia's compliance program, focusing on banking operations, client onboarding, and regulatory change management.
