- Assist in event coordination for both large and small scale events.
- Manage ticketing, registration, and guest list coordination.
- Conduct venue and vendor research across different regions.
- Support logistics including schedules and event materials.
- Develop creative event activation ideas to enhance attendee engagement.
- Collaborate with team members across time zones for smooth execution.

- Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role
- Positive, curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and get hands-on with all aspects of event delivery.
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms)
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
- Previous experience in event coordination and planning
- Appreciation of and adaptability to different countries’ cultures and work patterns
- Confidence to work autonomously and taking ownership of assigned tasks
