- ALM & Risk Execution: Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitoring the IRRBB framework and stress-testing the balance sheet against aggressive market pivots.
- Digital Asset Management: Monitor live crypto risk incidents under pressure, measuring real-time exposures and instructing prompt corrective measures on long and short positions.
- Technical Ownership & Collaboration: Drive treasury framework optimizations, refine analytical models, and act as an individual contributor subject matter expert in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Own the quality of the data feeding treasury and ALM reporting, ensuring figures reconcile cleanly across source systems, and diagnosing and remediating weak or semi-manual data
