- Support qualitative and quantitative research across the buyer journey
- Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys and other research studies
- Help define research questions and select the right methods to answer them
- Support participant recruitment, research materials and session facilitation
- Analyse findings and translate them into clear insights and recommendations
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to ensure research informs product decisions
🛠️ Requirements
- Enrollment at a Dutch university throughout the full internship period
- Availability for a full-time six-month internship starting in September or October 2026
- A strong interest in user experience and customer research
- Some experience with qualitative or quantitative research through university, a thesis, previous work or another relevant project
- An interest in methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies and desk research
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, behavioural science, human computer interaction, industrial design or a related field
