- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and leadership roles.
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and referrals.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights and recommending adjustments based on pipeline data.
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze pipeline health and sourcing performance to inform internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of technical sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and engineering stacks.
- Experience identifying and engaging niche technical talent across all levels.
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication and candidate management skills.
- Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies.
