- Conduct in-depth research on accounting issues, market trends, and regulatory updates.
- Perform financial, cash flow, and income statement analyses to assess the impact of new accounting standards.
- Provide guidance on business processes and internal controls related to accounting changes.
- Revise and maintain the group's accounting policies to align with the latest standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on accounting topics.
- Undertake additional tasks to support business needs.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required; advanced degrees or CPA certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or technical accounting; prior audit experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial instrument valuation is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
