- Lead tax planning for UHNW individuals and families, including pre-immigration and cross-border estate planning.
- Design and implement tax-efficient structures involving partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
- Serve as a technical authority on complex U.S. and international tax matters.
- Advise clients on international tax regimes and domestic fund structuring.
- Oversee complex U.S. and international tax compliance for entities and individuals.
- Manage and grow a substantial book of business, originating new client relationships.
🛠️ Requirements
- CPA required; JD and/or LL.M. in Taxation a plus.
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in international, federal, and state/local taxation.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex international tax planning and partnership taxation.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a significant book of business.
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
- Recognized technical authority with experience leading international tax practices.
