Description

• Own the PBM relationship and manage day-to-day operations.
• Lead PBM procurement and negotiate contract terms.
• Decompose pharmacy trend data into actionable insights.
• Build and manage a savings-initiative pipeline.
• Run pharmacy projects with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful implementations.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in pharmacy benefits or PBM operations.
• Deep understanding of PBM economics and drug trend management.
• Strong analytical skills with claims data and financial modeling.
• Proven project management experience in complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERISA fiduciary obligations.
