📜 Description

  • Program manage complex, customer-impacting changes from various teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to build strategic customer enablement plans.
  • Translate complex changes into clear, actionable narratives for customer-facing teams.
  • Design and govern the customer change intake and funnel framework.
  • Determine appropriate customer engagement models for each change.
  • Establish escalation processes and readiness checkpoints for high-quality outcomes.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Change Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of customer change management frameworks (Prosci preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing customer-facing communication programs across multiple channels.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
