- Serve as the technical lead for the adaptation and contextualization of five core training modules.
- Review existing training materials and identify adaptation needs for the Indonesian WMSME ecosystem.
- Develop interactive activities and resources tailored to diverse literacy levels and cultural contexts.
- Ensure all materials are delivered in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, adhering to IIX visual identity guidelines.
- Coordinate a Training-of-Trainers program to equip local trainers for independent module delivery.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning program development, preferably in financial literacy, business development, or impact investing.
- Demonstrated experience developing, contextualizing and localizing training materials into high-quality Bahasa Indonesia for MSME or similar audiences.
- In-depth understanding of the Indonesian WMSME ecosystem, including regulatory environment, financial systems, and gender barriers specific to women entrepreneurs.
- Strong instructional design capabilities and experience developing materials across different literacy and education levels, including for peri-urban and rural audiences.
- Familiarity with Indonesia's sustainable finance, gender lens investing, and/or MSME ecosystem landscape.
- Proven ability to develop differentiated content for diverse participant profiles (enterprise tiers, investors, and ecosystem players).
- Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to produce accessible, professional training materials.
- Proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations and working document formats to professional, publication-ready standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple module streams concurrently, and meet phased deadlines.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+), Gender Lens Investing (GLI), and/or Environmental and Social Standards (ESS) frameworks.
