  • Help lay the infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years.
  • Turn HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance reviews) into auditable scalable systems, each with their own KPIs.

  • Ensure that IMPaCT culture can be scaled through initiatives like company retreats.

  • Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on attitude.
  • Experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations is a plus.
