Job Description
Your main responsibilities as a JVM Software Engineer will include:
- Support for projects related to the modernization and migration of database systems (Sybase → PostgreSQL) in a business-critical environment.
- Analysis of existing applications, databases, stored procedures, and business logic to prepare the architecture for future technological changes.
- Design and development of solutions based on Java and microservices architecture.
- Migrating business logic from the database layer (stored procedures) to a modern application service layer.
- Collaborating on system architecture and actively participating in technical decision-making.

- Collaborating with technical teams on long-term modernization and migration initiatives.
