Formerly known as Hotel Engine, Engine has expanded well beyond lodging into a full-stack travel management solution covering flights, cars, groups, and corporate card products. The company operates at significant scale, is backed by Blackstone and Permira, and is building aggressively across its Product organization.
We are looking for an experienced Sourcer to own top-of-funnel pipeline building for Product Manager roles across Engine's consumer and B2B2C product surface areas. The right person is a focused, autonomous Sourcer who knows how to find and engage strong PM talent in competitive markets.

As a Contract Sourcer for Product Management, you will lead the sourcing efforts for top PM talent, utilizing various strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
As a Sourcer for Product Manager roles, you will build and maintain candidate pipelines, develop outreach strategies, and conduct initial candidate screenings to support Engine's growth.
As a Technical Sourcer, you will develop sourcing strategies and engage top talent in AI and engineering, partnering with recruiters to build high-quality candidate pipelines.
As a GTM Recruiter, you will drive the hiring strategy for critical roles, partnering with GTM Leaders to identify elite talent and ensure a rigorous candidate assessment process.
You'll identify and engage world-class AI researchers and scientists, driving sourcing efforts and building relationships to support OpenAI's research hiring goals.
