- Own day-to-day IT support for the Milan office, including device lifecycle management.
- Set up Zoom rooms and AV equipment, and troubleshoot across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
- Administer core tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom for onboarding and security.
- Manage endpoints via MDM and monitor endpoint security.
- Handle network and infrastructure basics such as firewall, Wi-Fi, and DNS.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years in IT support/operations;
- Hands-on Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom; solid MDM experience (Iru is great — Intune/Jamf also fine);
- Genuine network/systems admin exposure (Wi-Fi, firewall, DNS);
- ITSM ticketing experience;
- Fluent professional English.
