- Work in React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, and potentially Scala, Python, and Go to solve problems for our customers.
- Dive into all layers of the stack; frontend, backend, API, data processors, etc.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, Ops, and other Engineers to shape product direction.
- Share your knowledge with others in Engineering to help them improve their craft.
- Contribute to the psychological safety of your team, fostering good relationships.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring other Engineers.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience with a couple of the languages in our stack (React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, Scala, Python, Go).
- Prior experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or founding a company.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals and their influence on business metrics.
