As a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist, you will support individuals facing substance-exposed living by providing care, resources, and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
We are hiring a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist to join our Substance Use Disorder Program in Tennessee. This is a hybrid role involving both remote work and community-based support. We are prioritizing candidates based in Knox, Roane, Loudon, Blount, and Anderson counties.

Role Overview: Certified Peer Recovery Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and those in various phases of recovery. In this role, you will follow the Substance Use Disorder Program guidelines to plan care, assess client needs, and complete screenings. You will also refer clients to appropriate resources and coordinate with the Substance Use Disorder Program team, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to provide high-quality care.
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 a year / $20.67 to $22.12 per hour. Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, Mindoula offers a comprehensive benefits package.
