- We are seeking a talented  Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python)  to join our team and play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.
- In this role, you will support and improve existing test automation, identify and troubleshoot defects, and validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product
- Our client is a leading cloud contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. It enhances customer service, increases efficiency, and supports seamless omnichannel
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as  Python,  JavaScript (Nice to have)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
