- Acts as primary site contact and manager throughout all phases of clinical research studies.
- Ensures compliance with ICH/GCP, company policies, and quality standards.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clinical sites.
- Performs remote and on-site monitoring activities to ensure data integrity and subject safety.
- Coordinates tasks with other sponsor roles to achieve site readiness.
- Participates in site selection and validation activities.
🛠️ Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a scientific/healthcare discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of direct site management (monitoring) experience in a bio/pharma/CRO.
- Fluent in local languages and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of clinical research and phases of clinical trials.
- Proven skills in site management and patient recruitment.
