📜 Description

  • Acquire and qualify high-potential partners, including consulting firms and digital agencies.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for partners.
  • Drive pipeline growth and collaborate with internal teams to activate opportunities.
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns and initiatives with partners.
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, sharing insights for continuous improvement.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or partnerships within fast-scaling SaaS companies.
  • Fluent in French and English for managing negotiations and communications.
  • Strong understanding of the Southern Europe technology and consulting ecosystem.
  • Experience in recruiting and enabling high-performing consulting or systems integration partners.
  • Proven track record of owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets.
