- Manage the full accounting cycle for HOAs, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports for HOA boards.
- Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Manage assessments, dues collection, late fees, and special assessments.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in HOA or property management accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Vantaca is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and HOA accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
