- Negotiate and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, and supplier agreements.
- Serve as the primary contact for communications with subcontractors and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business development and finance, to align contractual terms.
- Support pre-award and post-award subcontract negotiation and management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of subcontracting processes and templates.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a Government contracts/subcontracts role.
- Extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Experience negotiating teaming agreements and prime contracts/subcontracts.
- Familiarity with compliance for contracts of varying sizes.
- Eligibility to access ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI materials.
