SOC Lead, Professional Services Delivery Engineer IV - IN

Rackspace Cyber Defence seeks an experienced SOC Lead to manage security operations, enhance threat detection, and lead a team in a multi-cloud environment.

Description

• Lead SOC operations in a multi-customer MSSP environment.
• Manage incident detection, investigation, response, and escalation.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and detection engineering.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Sentinel and Elastic Security SIEM platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled security initiatives and operational improvements.
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of Security Operations analysts and engineers.
• Experience working in an MSSP in a multi-customer environment.
• Proficiency with cloud-native security monitoring tools like Azure Security Centre and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong communication skills for explaining security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), Security Operations Analyst (SC-200), AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer.
