- Coordinate complex cross-functional releases, ensuring collaboration among Business Owners, Team Leads, and external partners.
- Drive release readiness by managing dependencies, risks, and approvals while ensuring stakeholder transparency.
- Build strong release governance by introducing standards and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance release reliability and support automation.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management, or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems.
- Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP, or similar.
- Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and structured release governance.
- Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives.
- Enjoy creating structure and building collaborative relationships.
