  • Own and evolve our DevOps and platform engineering function, focusing on build and deployment pipelines, monitoring, and cost optimization.
  • Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product iterations.
  • Improve observability using tools like Datadog and GCP, including FinOps focused outcomes.
  • Implement FinOps governance to drive cost accountability across engineering teams.
  • Enable developer productivity by creating internal tooling and simplifying infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product engineering, security, and finance to align technical spending with business goals.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, ideally in high-growth startup environments.
  • Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Proven ownership of production infrastructure and platform tooling with strong debugging skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing secure and robust infrastructure for regulated environments.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with GCP or other major cloud providers, focusing on cloud cost management.
  • Hands-on experience with dedicated FinOps tooling or building custom tooling for cost allocation.
  • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling.
