- Translate Legal department priorities into an integrated roadmap covering technology and process improvement.
- Establish annual and quarterly priorities, success metrics, and resource plans for the Legal Operations team.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate Legal processes across various functions.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in Legal Operations or related fields.
- Experience leading a Legal Operations function within a high-growth technology or gaming company.
- 3-5 years of experience managing and developing professionals.
- Significant experience with enterprise CLM programs, preferably Ironclad.
- Proven ability to build or mature a knowledge management function.
