As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Description

• Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in boosting recruitment efforts, especially on-site.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to support on-site recruitment activities as needed.
