- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.
- Analyze individual transactions to identify patterns or trends using internal policies.
- Collaborate with analysts and operations specialists to enhance loss prevention mechanisms.
- Maintain strong domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
- Handle escalations from stakeholders in a professional manner.
