- Respond to and resolve incoming IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving end-user device issues for macOS and Windows systems.
- Support the setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals for employees.
- Help provision accounts and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and contribute to internal documentation.
- Support ongoing initiatives related to system improvements and automation.
🛠️ Requirements
- Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
- Interest in learning IT ticketing systems, MDM platforms, and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience providing IT support (academic, internship, or volunteer).
- Basic knowledge of IT security concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
