- Prepare and review Cost Control System and Progress Measurement reports.
- Analyze and report variances between forecasts and current budgets.
- Manage subcontractor performance and assess change order requests.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-On experience in using Project Management System (i.e. Procore, Unifier)
- Knowledge of Accounting Systems (Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP)
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Risk Analysis techniques
- Experience in large industrial construction projects preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
