- Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time-sensitive tasks daily.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair existing SunPower solar systems (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA).
- Make corrections or additions to recently installed solar systems for inspections.
- Turn on solar systems post-installation and collect customer feedback.
- Conduct solar site assessments using provided surveying equipment.
- Complete and submit job reports for every scheduled event in a timely manner.
🛠️ Requirements
- 1+ year experience with residential solar installation.
- Familiarity with PV systems, Enphase, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred but not required.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license required.
- OSHA 10 certification (can be provided by the company).
- Able to lift, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel.
- Comfortable working at heights in various weather and roof conditions.
