- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure costs are recorded accurately.
- Review monthly results and investigate unusual movements and variances.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide high-quality financial business partnering and expert financial advice.
- Prepare and own monthly forecasting and management reports.
- Support stakeholders with financial analysis to aid decision-making.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ yrs relevant work experience in a Finance department.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified/Part Qualified.
- Strong Excel skills and aptitude for using other reporting tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Strong team player with a quick learning ability.
