- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for HR & Compensation modules.
- Translate market requirements into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build and manage the feature backlog, balancing business priority with technical feasibility.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing evolution.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Strong grounding in product management methodology and agile practices.
- Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data and market research.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
