About the Role: As a Communications Specialist Intern at Vosyn, a pioneering AI-driven company offering products like VosynVerse, VosynCore, and VosynConnect, you will play a critical role in amplifying our brand messaging, investor relations, and corporate communications. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, crafting narratives that highlight Vosyn’s groundbreaking solutions while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for Master’s level students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, content strategy, and marketing operations within a fast-paced, high-growth AI environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop press releases, investor presentations, and corporate communications materials.
• Refine pitch decks for various projects and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth research and develop comprehensive business plans tied to our upcoming $100 million capital markets round of funding.
• Engage in market research to gather insights and assist in crafting strategic messaging.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring strategies align with broader business objectives.

About You:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory..
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling, clear, and audience-targeted messaging.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for AI-driven solutions and a keen interest in contributing to corporate and investor communications strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
