- Build and oversee 'train the trainer' programs for vendor and partner instructors, ensuring consistent curriculum delivery.
- Lead training content delivery for operators on safety-critical missions, including hands-on technical training for Waymo Fleet Response operations.
- Implement technical training programs for Operations vendors related to autonomous vehicle on-road assistance.
- Plan and execute a 'train the trainer' roadmap to meet market expansion needs and enhance safe operations.
- Manage qualifications, certifications, and enrollments of vendor trainers within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive accountability and monitor the quality of external training partners to ensure operational readiness.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex technical and operational training programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in effective training delivery methodologies and certification in effective training practice.
- Experience with train the trainer (TTT) programs and engaging presentation and facilitation style.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external training teams.
