📜 Description

  • Directly own end-to-end delivery for 2-3 of the largest customer implementations, including build, testing, and go-live processes.
  • Lead cross-functional triage of issues during implementations, translating problems into actionable tickets and driving resolution.
  • Serve as a technical resource for challenging problems, partnering on escalations and complex integrations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and design processes and tooling to improve implementation efficiency across the team.
  • Feed implementation learnings back into product development to address recurring pain points.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 5+ years in implementation, solutions/technical consulting, or a comparable technical delivery role.
  • Proven track record owning complex, high-stakes technical delivery end-to-end.
  • Experience translating customer-surfaced issues into actionable work for product and engineering partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems.
  • Background in Computer Science or equivalent strong technical training.
  • Deep experience integrating with web APIs and familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
  • Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages, including Python and JavaScript.
