- Partner with Marketing leaders to translate strategy into annual and quarterly priorities and operating plans.
- Create clarity across cross-functional initiatives by defining ownership and communication cadences.
- Develop frameworks and mechanisms that improve prioritization and execution quality.
- Analyze business performance to recommend actions for growth and operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate working sessions to turn ambiguity into aligned action and documented follow-through.
🛠️ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business operations, or related discipline.
- Proven experience leading planning, forecasting, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to connect marketing activity to revenue decisions.
- Experience building executive-ready narratives and operating materials from complex inputs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment in teams.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or complex global marketing environment preferred.
