- Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies
- Own the delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm
- Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity
- Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping, sizing, development, testing, validation, sign-off, and production roll-out
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive execution
- Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
