- Partner with Group Tax to translate regulatory and business requirements into product outcomes.
- Lead product teams on multi-year transformation initiatives for the tax platform.
- Make buy-vs-build decisions for tax engines and manage integration strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and ensure platform reliability.
- Drive success metrics and communicate progress to senior leadership.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years in product management or similar roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in building or transforming in-house tax platforms at large-scale digital businesses.
- Deep understanding of indirect tax for digital businesses, including VAT/GST and withholding tax.
- Hands-on experience with tax platform components like invoicing and reconciliation.
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear product milestones.
- Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
