- Turn user behavior data into actionable design decisions through research and testing.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Proven B2C product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to apply UX principles in service of business outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple projects and shipping quality at scale.
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders on design direction.
