As a Senior Program Manager within GitLab's Enterprise Technology & AI organization, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance our strategy. The CIO Enterprise Technology & AI team is GitLab's central engine for improving the systems, data, and AI capabilities that support how we run the business. The team designs and operates enterprise applications, data platforms, corporate IT services, and AI-enabled workflows that help our globally distributed GitLab team members work effectively and securely.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location.
