- As Bolter's founding designer, you will rethink how people create, understand and work with AI agents across the product.
- You will be working with an existing product, but there is no established design system you need to preserve. You will build that system from the ground up while deciding which parts of the current experience should
- The design problem goes beyond improving the interface. It is working out what it should feel like to collaborate with agents that retain context, carry out work and create software themselves.

🛠️ Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products, ideally AI products, productivity tools or chat applications
- Experience significantly improving or rethinking an existing product experience
- You think in systems and interaction patterns, not individual screens
- You have strong product and design judgement
- You care about craft, but know when speed and pragmatism matter more than polish
- You’re comfortable designing while the product itself is still being defined, rather than working from a settled brief
- You can form clear opinions and adapt them when the evidence changes
