📜 Description

  • Peer Recovery/Support Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and those in various phases of recovery.
  • In this role, you will follow the Substance Use Disorder Program guidelines to plan care, assess client needs, and complete screenings.
  • You will also refer clients to appropriate resources and coordinate with the Substance Use Disorder Program

  • You are a Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist who has successfully participated in a recovery program.
  • You are caring and compassionate, with a passion for helping individuals facing substance-exposed living make positive changes in their lives.
  • You have strong organizational skills and a talent for problem-solving.
