Director, Pension Investments (Hybrid - Rahway, NJ)

The Director of Pension Investments oversees strategic governance, funding, and risk management for the Company's global benefits plans, reporting to the Assistant Treasurer.

Description

• Select and monitor investment managers and external advisors.
• Provide guidance for ex-US plans and align with local stakeholders.
• Evaluate the impact of plan design decisions on investment strategy.
• Manage risks associated with the deferred compensation hedging program.
• Communicate market and regulatory implications to fiduciaries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Corporate Finance experience.
• Experience managing pension assets and evaluating investment performance.
• Understanding of pension accounting and asset-liability management.
• Ability to work independently under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
