  • Define clear adoption, usage, and customer impact goals for every capability you champion, and track performance against them after launch.
  • Serve as the internal authority on the Professional Services vertical, providing product, marketing, analyst relations, and pre-sales teams with necessary insights.
  • Lead a prioritized product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, defining outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
  • Translate deep PSO market knowledge into specific product requirements, including opportunity sizing and problem statements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to inform product differentiation and positioning.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Proven product management experience building enterprise software for professional services organizations.
  • Deep operational knowledge of how PSOs run, including utilization and engagement profitability.
  • Strong command of core PSO processes such as project accounting, billing, and resource planning.
  • A clear understanding of AI's impact on professional services business models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at C-suite and practitioner levels.
