- Lead approximately 6 Solutions Engineers covering Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts across EMEA North.
- Develop SEs to facilitate technical storytelling and drive the narrative during the pre-sales cycle.
- Own accountability for all aspects of the technical evaluation across EMEA North deals.
- Partner with regional Sales leader to align SE coverage and prioritize pursuits.
- Coach SEs on consultative selling and mapping Algolia capabilities to customer outcomes.
- Champion AI adoption to enhance SE team productivity and improve deal velocity.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS.
- 5+ years working as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Strong technical fundamentals with prior developer experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
- Deep understanding of web technologies and architecting scalable solutions.
- Experience hiring and developing SEs in a high-growth team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
